Lead with Love Workshop
​
We want to help your child lead with love and happiness. Fill out the form below and we'll reach out to get your spot reserved.

At age 3 we see kids stare adoringly at themselves in the mirror and we see this begin to lessen at about 5 or 6 in some children. We want to create an experience that reminds them how lovely and vibrant they are.
​
In this workshop we will begin and end with a simple minute or so long kid friendly meditation, teach about gifts and learn how to accept the right gifts and decline others (bullying). We'll use simple concrete interactive exercises and song to represent this so it's concrete for them. We'll tune into how these gifts feel and learn to create safety within through breathe for ages 5+.
